Shipping destinations and charges
NovaCraft ships to destinations available at Shopify checkout. X3Pro includes free standard shipping. Shipping for X3 is calculated and shown before payment.
Estimated delivery
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–14 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons and remote destinations can extend delivery time.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.
Address changes
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Email novacraft.cs@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Customs, duties and taxes
Applicable taxes or duties may be shown at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, the destination country may charge them to the recipient.
Delivery support
If tracking shows an issue or the order has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us with your order number and checkout email.
