30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email novacraft.cs@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
Eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We will confirm the return address and any return-shipping responsibility based on the reason and destination.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number, a description and clear photos or video. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a documented delivery issue is approved. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or local law requires otherwise.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after fulfillment begins.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
