When tracking is available, NovaCraft sends it to the email address used at checkout after your order is dispatched. Open that shipping email and use the carrier link to view the latest scans.

Carriers can take time to register the first scan. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–14 days, although customs, carrier delays, peak seasons and remote destinations can extend delivery time.

If the estimated window has passed or tracking shows an issue, email novacraft.cs@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. Do not send full payment-card details.
